Role Overview
Define and articulate the next generation of AT&T Guarantee promises—Shape the product roadmap and align it to long term business goals.
Champion a customer-obsessed mindset across all product initiatives, ensuring customer needs and pain points are at the center of every decision.
Analyze and translate Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other customer feedback metrics into actionable strategies that improve customer loyalty, drive revenue growth, and expand market share.
Build out business cases and tie NPS improvements and product capabilities to profitability
Oversee the entire product lifecycle: conception, development, launch, growth, maturity, and iteration or retirement.
Continuously evaluate product performance, gather customer feedback, and implement enhancements to maximize customer value.
Ensure robust processes for product updates, feature releases
Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings.
Identify differentiators and develop strategic responses to maintain and expand market leadership and play to win customers.
Collaborate with executive leadership, business units, Engineering, Network, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to deliver a seamless and trustworthy customer experience.
