Capture insights from customers, prospects, and analysts
Identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging trends
Influence product roadmap and prioritization with real-world feedback

5+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Pre-Sales roles
Strong experience in customer-facing roles, especially in enterprise environments
Proven track record supporting sales cycles and delivering impactful value
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
Strong pre-sales and solutioning capabilities
Customer-first, outcome-driven thinking
