Independently and responsibly manage all sales activities with end customers and dealers for agricultural tires.
Foster partnership-based, long-term relationships with customers; no cold calling.
Take responsibility for achieving and exceeding margin and sales targets in the agricultural tire segment.
Provide customers with comprehensive commercial and technical advice and conduct negotiation meetings.
Identify opportunities and customer needs to promote sustainable mobility.

Completed commercial or technical training or degree.
Experience in and enthusiasm for the agricultural sector.
Affinity for technical products and systems.
Enjoy working with customers and strong listening skills to identify customer needs.
High service orientation, confident demeanor, and professional manners.
Independent working style, good organizational skills, and perseverance.
Proficient with MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and other digital tools (Salesforce).
Primary residence ideally between Wolfsburg, Schwerin and Hamburg.
Mobility and willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
Communication in German (C2) and English (at least B1).
