Lead and oversee all phases of construction and development projects from inception through completion
Managing budgets, schedules, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple development projects
Collaborate with internal teams, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred)
8+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial or mixed-use development projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore)
