Support in preparing individual and portfolio valuations applying national and international valuation standards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA & ImmoWertV) for various property types including residential, office, logistics, retail and operator properties
Assist with portfolio analyses and valuations related to acquisition and disposal processes as well as for financial reporting and financing purposes
Conduct market and location analyses and contribute to the preparation of valuation reports
Participate in property inspections for hands-on experience
Work in an international environment serving our national and international clients
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field
Initial practical experience in the real estate industry desirable; motivated students are encouraged to apply
A valid driving license (Class B)
Good MS Office skills (particularly Excel) and a command of English
Ability to work independently, high commitment, motivation and ambition
Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
Enjoy working collaboratively in a team and have strong client orientation
