- Demonstrates uptodate expertise and applies this to the development execution and improvement of action plans
- Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
- Analyzes customer issues to understand customer perspectives and communicates accordingly
- Oversees the effective implementation of daily staffing plans
- Constructs alternative approachessolutions for contact center issues based on internal and external benchmarking
Requirements
- 6 months’ experience in retail, contact center operations, or a related area
- 1 years' experience with basic computer processing/data entry software
