Role Overview
Implement market level success strategies via top volume service providers to ensure alignment with performance expectations, customer satisfaction, and operational goals for both Assurant, as well as the Vendor Partner.
Analyze performance and market coverage of high-volume partners using quantitative methods to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams (Network Capacity, Network Analytics, Claims Management) to support strategic roadmap and course correction when necessary.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and project management methodologies.
Partner with leadership to align kaizen priorities with organizational strategy and build a culture of operational excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in partner/vendor management, service delivery, or operations.
Demonstrated success in applying Six Sigma and project management principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
