Build, automate, and maintain scalable data pipelines using tools such as Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, and related platforms to support dashboards, pricing simulations, and advanced financial analyses
Own end-to-end dashboard development and governance, ensuring accuracy, usability, and alignment to enterprise standards.
Partner closely with Commercial Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality datasets that power research, scenario modeling, and strategic decision-making
Enhance the Commercial Finance data foundation through structured data wrangling, transformation logic, and integration of multiple internal and external data sources
Collaborate with Digital and Technology teams to design, implement, and improve enterprise-grade analytics tools and reporting solutions
Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights, simulations, and recommendations that drive profitable growth
Lead data quality, validation, and governance standards to ensure trusted, audit-ready outputs
Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes, tools, and methodologies to increase automation, efficiency, and scalability
Foster a high-performance, collaborative environment while strengthening analytics capabilities across the Commercial Finance function

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Master’s degree (MBA, MS Analytics, or similar) preferred.
5–7+ years of progressive experience in commercial finance, analytics, revenue management, or related analytical roles.
Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights, scenarios, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Strong communication, influence, and presentation skills, with experience supporting strategic decision-making at the manager and executive levels.
Demonstrated experience designing, automating, and maintaining analytics-ready datasets and data pipelines using SQL and modern analytics platforms (e.g., Alteryx, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar).
Advanced proficiency in dashboard development and data visualization using Tableau or comparable enterprise BI tools, including ownership of production dashboards and data governance standards.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including setting analytics standards, and driving continuous improvement in tools and processes.
