Significant experience in either advanced analytics (e.g., predictive modelling) or general insurance market pricing, or a blend of both
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies—balancing technical depth with commercial awareness
Experience with analytical tools such as Radar and SQL is beneficial; a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
Excellent communication and influencing skills with a strong commercial acumen
