Project Manager – Life Sciences, GxP Environment

Role Overview

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including scientists, engineers, and regulatory professionals.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Provide regular project updates and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ensure all project activities comply with GxP regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management within Life Sciences.
• Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
