Role Overview
- Plan and coordinate inbound/outbound flows of the Refinery in Izegem
- Manage the planning of 3rd party filling locations
- Conduct data management, reporting, and analysis
- Create and execute short-term supply and production plans
- Evaluate and foster relationships with different stakeholders
- Manage communication and coordinate solutions
- Track KPI’s and identify gaps to lead improvement project
- Ensure external vendors are paid on time and invoices match inbound flows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Strong planning and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage change and ambiguity
- High adaptability and accountability in dynamic environments
- Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration in virtual teams.
