Role Overview
- Doing indirect purchases from requisition and quote handling to purchase order placement
- Invoice handling related queries
- Monitoring open purchase orders and supplier order confirmations until goods receiving
- Collaborate closely with suppliers and engage with various stakeholders across Vaisala, providing end-user support regarding purchasing methods and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor / Master level studies of purchasing, sourcing, supply chain management, or related field
- Fluent written and spoken English, Finnish skills are beneficial
- Experience in ERP and modern IT systems in purchase-to-pay process would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and take operational decisions
- Customer service mindset and a proactive, solution-focused way of working
