Lead Operations-wide project: integration of global service center integration into Operations, including coordinating tasks, timelines and stakeholders
Support change management: prepare materials, communicate changes, collect feedback and follow up actions
Design and formalize Operations governance models, including decision making structures, roles, responsibilities and key forums
Define and document KPIs and reporting practices to monitor performance across Operations
Specify and support the development of BI-based reporting (especially in Power BI) to provide clear and actionable management views for Operations steering
Develop monthly and periodic Operations reporting
Develop Operations Leadership Team (OPS LT) meeting and reporting practices
Requirements
Ongoing university studies in a relevant field (e.g. industrial engineering and management, business, operations/SCM)
Interest in working as a project manager
Strong analytical and structured way of working, with ability to clarify objectives, define KPIs and turn discussions into actions
Motivation to learn about operations, governance, performance steering and service center management in a global company
Basic skills and interest in data and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, BI tools); experience with Power BI is an advantage
Good communication and collaboration skills, and confidence to work with different stakeholders, including senior leaders, in English
A proactive, self-driven approach and willingness to take responsibility while seeking support and feedback when needed
