Act as the right hand of our VP of Local Markets within our Public Sector business.
Work directly with the VP of Sales and her leadership team to drive team-wide strategy and execution.
Primary responsibility for achieving operation excellence within the organization.
Onboard and learn Flock’s value proposition, products, capabilities, and GTM model within the first 30 days.
Refine Local Markets Sales Operations Model and develop strong relationships with team members in the first 60 days.
Ensure a strong relationship with RevOps team members, key sales leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders after 90 days.
Requirements
Experienced professional for the role of Sales Operations Business Partner.
Ability to build trust, frame data-driven recommendations, and shape the direction of the business without direct people management.
Experience with sales data structure and understanding of Flock’s GTM model.
Strong relationship-building skills with frontline sellers and managers.
Ability to drive execution and support for reps in the field.
