Role Overview
- Responsible for achieving sales targets in assigned sectors.
- Generate leads proactively and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Customer Success team and other departments.
- Promote industrial measurement instruments and related services.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial market.
- Experience in the HVAC/BA/Measurement instruments-related industries is a plus.
- Channel management experience
- goal setting, QBR, channel enablement.
- Account management experience
- Stakeholder analysis, issue resolution, negotiation, support for customer success.
- Online meeting experience – facilitation and presentation.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and SAP(S/4, SAC).
- Fluent Japanese and business level English.
