Design, develop, and maintain workflow-related backend services primarily using Python (and C# when needed).
Build cloud-native solutions on AWS, applying best practices for reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
Define and manage infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring consistent and repeatable deployments across environments.
Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making, designing scalable and reliable services.
Apply strong object-oriented principles and clean coding practices to ensure maintainable, testable codebases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and deliverables.
Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and operational improvements (monitoring, logging, alerting).

Strong proficiency in Python (primary), with working knowledge of C#.
Hands-on experience with AWS services in production environments.
Strong experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code), including module design and environment management.
Proven ability to design scalable, reliable systems and contribute to architecture and system design discussions.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software engineering best practices.
Comfortable with data structures and algorithms fundamentals.
Experience contributing to CI/CD pipelines, code quality practices, and collaborative development workflows.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with distributed teams.
Advanced English proficiency is required for effective communication with international teams and stakeholders.
4+ years of experience in backend engineering, software engineering, or related roles, with demonstrated experience delivering production-grade systems.
