Develop and grow the National Hospitality Integration business in Electro-Voice, Dynacord, and Bosch Public Address categories
Identify new customers and opportunities, grow existing customers, manage programs, enable partnerships, and proactively engage with large-scale integrators
Conduct demonstrations, host regional events, train partners, forecast business, conduct business reviews, identify overlap between product offerings and partners’ needs, and promote adoption of EV, Dynacord, and Bosch solutions by driving commercial and technical awareness in the Hospitality marketplace
Partner closely with Business Development, and with Technical Sales, Inside Sales and Distribution teams
Requirements
Minimum of 7-10 years working with National Hospitality Integration businesses
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred, but will consider experience in lieu of a degree
Deep connections and relationships with integrators, consultants, and hospitality partners
Strong consultative selling ability and industry credibility, combined with entrepreneurial mindset and business ethics
Expertise in the art and science of territory management, sales, technical capability, and relationship building
Technical understanding of loudspeaker systems in the hospitality markets and its applications
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Power BI
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (70 lbs assisted)
Willingness to travel domestically 50% –75% of the time
