Lead and manage ERP and FSM project delivery from inception to completion.
Build strong working relationships with all members of the implementation team, internal and external.
Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines tailored to their specific needs.
Guide cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with client goals.
Identify and evaluate potential risks unique to client projects, implementing strategies to mitigate impact on outcomes.
Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring effective use of client funds and adherence to financial guidelines.
Maintain regular, transparent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure that all project outputs meet client expectations and industry standards through thorough review processes and feedback loops.

5+ years of experience managing SaaS implementation projects, preferably with ERP/CRM platforms.
Direct experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (implementations, upgrades, or optimizations).
Proven track record of leading cross-functional project teams (consultants, developers, and client stakeholders) to successful go-lives.
Experience managing multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
PMP and/or Scrum Master certification preferred.
Ability to translate complex customer requirements into clear, actionable project tasks.
Familiarity with SaaS integrations, data migration, and system configuration best practices.
Understanding of core NetSuite modules preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present to executive stakeholders and technical teams.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Able to motivate, coach, and guide teams toward successful outcomes.
Skilled at managing client relationships, setting expectations, and addressing challenges proactively.
Ability to balance customer satisfaction with project scope, timelines, and profitability.
Willingness to occasionally travel to client sites if required (<10%).
