Role Overview
- Manage role and access lifecycle (IAM) end-to-end
- Develop and operate Identity & Access Governance
- Own the Business Continuity Management (BCM) and disaster recovery organization
- Design and maintain policy and guideline lifecycle
- Ensure audit readiness and transparent risk reporting
- Drive Zero-Trust and supply-chain security initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science, IT security, or risk management
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT governance, information security, compliance, or risk management
- Extensive expertise in Identity & Access Management and Business Continuity Management
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements such as NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001
- Experience in audit readiness and risk reporting
- Advanced knowledge of Zero-Trust architectures and OT/SCADA security
