Own and continuously evolve financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario planning.
Translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Drive performance management through KPI definition, tracking, and analysis, with a strong understanding of SaaS metrics.
Lead and support M&A initiatives, including target evaluation, financial due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and post-merger integration from a finance perspective.
Play a central role in investment rounds and fundraising activities, including investor materials, financial modeling, and engagement with investors.
Partner with external advisors, investors, and board members on strategic transactions and capital allocation decisions.
Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and capital allocation to support growth and financial sustainability.
Forecast short
and long-term cash needs based on business plans, market conditions, and growth initiatives.
Identify, assess, and manage financial and operational risks to protect the company’s assets and stability.
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in line with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
Oversee corporate accounting, tax, and statutory reporting across jurisdictions.
Maintain strong financial controls, policies, and governance frameworks appropriate for a scaling, venture-backed company.
Maintain ownership and optimization of financial systems (including NetSuite), ensuring data accuracy, scalability, and automation.
Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, balancing strategic insight with operational rigor.
Stay hands-on where needed, particularly in modeling, analysis, and critical decision support.
Requirements
MA or equivalent in Finance; CPA and/or MBA is a plus
ACCA / CIMA qualification required
10+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles (CFO or equivalent), ideally within SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven organizations
Proven experience supporting or leading M&A transactions and investment rounds in a venture-backed environment
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and scaling dynamics
Solid, hands-on experience with NetSuite.
Deep expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and corporate finance principles.
Experience with capital structure planning, valuations, and investor reporting.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at board and leadership level.
