Role Overview
- Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for complex products
- Define interaction models, user flows, and wireframes
- Mentor interns and junior associates on design tools and practices
- Create and evolve design systems for consistency across platforms
- Work closely with product managers and developers to refine requirements
- Ensure usability testing is embedded in the design process
- Advocate for design best practices across the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related discipline
- 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Advanced skills in Figma/Adobe XD, prototyping, and micro-interactions
- Experience in dashboarding and data visualization design
- Strong collaboration skills with business and engineering teams
- Ability to balance creativity with structured execution.
