Define and execute the Data & Technology strategy in line with business goals
Lead, coach, and manage the Data, Analytics, Development, and Business Analysis teams
Establish and enforce data governance, coding, and delivery standards
Chair the steering committee to prioritise initiatives and allocate resources
Oversee system stability, ensuring zero extended outages and effective incident management
Manage technology budgets, cloud costs, and vendor relationships
Drive adoption of agile delivery methods and standardised processes across all teams
Act as an escalation point for data, analytics, and system delivery issues
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Prepare regular performance reports for the CEO/Head of Strategy and executive leadership

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
Postgraduate qualification (MBA, M.Sc.) desirable
10+ years of experience in data and technology leadership roles
Proven track record of building and scaling technology teams and systems
Experience in cloud, data governance, analytics, and agile delivery
Healthcare sector or regulated industry exposure is advantageous
