Role Overview
- Support the fundraising team in event planning, execution and follow-up
- Manage invitations and communications with supporters
- Research relevant topics, e.g., suitable venues or speakers
- Prepare texts for outreach to caterers, speakers, etc.
- Create graphics for events using Canva
- Provide on-site support at events and contribute creative ideas to improve events
Requirements
- Strong interest in event management and organizing events (both online and in-person)
- Confident and fast at writing texts and copy
- Outgoing and communicative, comfortable approaching people
- Some experience interacting with donors or a strong interest in fundraising
- Team player with an independent and structured working style
- Commitment to climate protection and enthusiasm for fundraising for non-profit organizations
