Directly manage the most complex or strategic deployments (multi-system environments, high patient volumes, sensitive facilities)
Manage, coach, and develop a team of 3-5 IPMs: workload distribution, methodological support, regular feedback, skill development
Define and track team KPIs (deployment timelines, adoption rates, user satisfaction, active patients) and implement corrective actions
Standardize deployment practices: create templates, processes, training materials, and shared tools for the entire team
Coordinate with RPMed, Sales, Product, Support, and Legal teams to streamline projects and surface field insights
Travel regularly to support your teams and partner facilities during critical moments
Requirements
5-8 years experience, including 3+ years in operational project management (implementation, transformation, consulting) and significant healthcare experience
First management experience (team leadership, mentoring, or cross-functional coordination)
Comfortable with complex, multi-stakeholder environments (hospital IT, regulated structures)
Ready to travel regularly to support your team and key accounts across priority regions
