Monitor and analyze business performance with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement;
Develop in-depth analyses using large datasets to generate strategic insights;
Support the planning and tracking of the business plan;
Build executive reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) to support leadership;
Drive the rollout and tracking of targets across departments;
Lead and support performance improvement and process optimization initiatives;
Participate in cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and consistent execution;
Establish and monitor operational performance routines to ensure predictability and quality in operations;

Solid experience in business analysis, data analysis, or consulting, working on strategic and cross-disciplinary projects;
Experience with SaaS metrics and business models;
Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.);
Knowledge of SQL, Salesforce, or Jira;
Strong analytical skills, with expertise in KPIs, business modeling, and logical reasoning;
Continuous improvement mindset (PDCA, action plans, performance tracking);
Strong communication and synthesis skills, able to adapt messaging for different organizational levels;
Ability to work closely with operations, with a critical mindset and a sense of priority;
Mature profile with autonomy and the experience to handle complex scenarios;
Organized, proactive, and sense of ownership to drive initiatives end-to-end.
