Requirements
Proven Content Development Experience 1-2 years content development / marketing experience.
Portfolio of past work: sample posts, reels, short videos, or written articles demonstrating strong storytelling, visual sense, and engagement.
Strong Editorial Judgment Excellent command of English: able to translate clinical or technical concepts into clear, conversational copy that resonates with a lay audience.
Meticulous attention to detail in grammar, tone, and brand voice; you catch typos and fact errors before publishing.
Hands-On Content Skills Proficiency in graphic and video editing software (e.g., Figma, Photoshop).
Bonus: Familiarity with video editing.
Self-Starter & “Do-It-Yourself” Attitude Able to juggle multiple deliverables—content creation, video editing, data tracking, community engagement—without losing momentum.
