Manage the full sales cycle with families interested in Trexo devices, from initial contact to closing the sale.
Conduct consultations with families to understand their needs and explain Trexo’s technology and benefits.
Maintain consistent communication with prospective customers to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets in the UK market.
Guide families and professional partners through UK access pathways, including medico legal cases, charity applications, fundraising, and personal budget routes where applicable.
Liaise with solicitors, case managers, expert witnesses, financial deputies, therapists, and clinics to support evaluation, documentation, and funding decisions.
Work closely with the Marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and convert interest into sales.
Build relationships with physiotherapists, clinics, and community organizations that support children with mobility challenges.
Participate in events, demonstrations, and community outreach to increase awareness of Trexo in the UK.
Provide feedback on market needs, customer questions, and barriers to adoption.
Work with Customer Success team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new families.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in medical devices, assistive technology, healthcare, or other high-value direct sales environments.
Proven ability to sell directly to consumers (B2C) and guide customers through complex purchasing decisions.
Experience navigating funding, reimbursement, or access pathways for medical devices, rehabilitation technology, assistive technology, or other high value healthcare products.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with families.
Experience managing a structured sales pipeline and achieving sales targets.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and managing sales data.
Willingness to travel up to 50% within the UK for customer meetings, demonstrations, and events.
