Role Overview
- Support payroll team and assist with ongoing projects
- Posting bank statements for PE and B2B in 1C
- Uploading payroll data in 1C for smaller entities (Norway, Slovakia, AG, and the UK)
- Support for Ukrainian employees
- Payroll mail box administration
- Transfer of tickets to APR after payroll processing
- Deductions for mobile communication
- Preparation of cash reports
- Other related tasks as required
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
