Conduct deep-dive analyses of complex client requirements through virtual workshops and process mapping sessions
Translate business needs into robust, scalable, and best-practice-aligned solution designs
Lead the functional design of financial systems including conducting workshops and ensuring alignment with accounting standards
Advise clients on best-practice finance operating models and streamline processes
Manage relationships with finance stakeholders across Europe as a translator between IT and Finance
Manage specific functional workstreams with autonomy, create functional specifications, UAT scripts, and training materials
Travel to client sites across Europe for critical design workshops and go-live support

2 to 10 years of experience in Finance Transformation, FP&A, or Core Accounting, with exposure to implementing financial software
A recognized accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA or European equivalent) is highly desirable
Deep understanding of financial statements, double-entry bookkeeping, and consolidation rules is essential
Experience within a Big 4, Finance Transformation practice, or a top-tier consulting firm is highly preferred
Strong understanding of financial processes and hands-on functional experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, Workday Financials or SAP S/4HANA
Fluency in English is essential
Professional proficiency in another European language (German, French, Spanish, Dutch) is desirable
