Part of the Corporate IT area, translating business objectives and functional requirements into end-to-end solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape
Responsible for solution architecture and overall design across multiple systems (CRM, ERP, Dataverse)
Analyze and optimize existing process and system landscapes with a focus on the scalability of the D365 environment
Analyze and assess requirements and contribute to make-or-buy decisions in the D365 context
Recommend solution approaches with regard to sustainability, maintainability and scalability
Act as a sparring partner for the business, product owners and IT stakeholders in developing solution options
Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions

Degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and, ideally, the ERP area
Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and their mapping in CRM and ERP systems
Experience in solution architecture and working with integration scenarios, Dataverse and connected systems
Excellent German and good English skills
