About this role
Role Overview
Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound efforts across multiple channels
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls 70%, email 15% and LinkedIn 15%)
Generate near to 7
8 qualified meetings per month
Build and manage outbound sequences with automation tools
Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts in B2B SaaS Companies
Qualify leads based on ICP and business needs
Collaborate with leadership and founders on messaging and strategy
Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline tracking
Continuously optimize outreach performance
Requirements
1+ years of SDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment (MUST)
Proven track record in cold calling and outbound sales (MUST)
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
Familiarity with tools like Apollo, dialers, and outbound platforms
Strong English communication skills (C1+ preferred)
Comfortable with high activity metrics and performance targets
Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
