Role Overview
- Ensure customer satisfaction through a friendly welcome and professional advice
- Drive sales for your department
- Offer complementary solutions and a variety of services
- Support customers with their home improvement projects
- Maintain high-quality self-service areas: stocking shelves, keeping displays clean, facing products, etc.
- Contribute to merchandising: displays, windows, and energize the shelving/aisles
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred
- Passion for retail and teamwork
- Interest in products from your department
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Results-driven and motivated by challenges
