Role Overview
- job evaluation and grading (methodology, role architecture, leveling)
- analysis and structuring of compensation frameworks
- design or redesign of incentive and bonus schemes (role-based, KPI-driven)
- identifying and mitigating gender pay-gap and pay-equity risks
- preparing organizations for reporting and compliance requirements under the Directive.
Requirements
- proven experience in Comp & Benefits / Total Rewards consulting
- hands-on delivery of job evaluation projects (e.g. Mercer, Hay, Willis Towers Watson, or robust proprietary frameworks)
- strong understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and its real-world implications
- confidence working with senior leadership, HR and Finance
- pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset — you care about outcomes, not theory.
