Manage bookkeeping activities for multiple entities across the EU region
Prepare and oversee local statutory reporting requirements, including: Trial balance analysis and review, VAT preparation and submissions, Corporate income tax computations, Application and detailed understanding of Withholding Tax (WHT) regulations, SAF T reporting
Perform comprehensive Group reporting duties, including: Detailed Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet analysis, Clear and structured explanation of Actual vs. Plan/Forecast variances
Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecast cycles
Requirements
10+ years of experience in general accounting
Exposure to EU countries; experience with Indian accounting/tax practices is a plus
Strong knowledge of Romanian taxation
Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Strong communication skills with a proactive mindset
Analytical and logical thinking abilities
High level of interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, confidentiality, and integrity
Advanced level of English
