Role Overview
- Developing and executing creative concepts from start to finish, meeting client briefs and aligning with brand guidelines, ensuring high standards of visual excellence.
- Produce high-quality, original, and innovative design work, including but not limited to: advertisements, brochures, banners, social media graphics, videos, animations, logos, promotional materials, and pro-active ideas.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, and integrate them into creative strategies and executions.
- Ensure consistency and maintain brand integrity across all creative deliverables, both digital and print.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail throughout the design process.
- Collaborate with the CS and Creative teams to understand client objectives, anticipate needs, and propose creative solutions that align with the agency’s capabilities and high standards.
- Contribute to the agency’s overall creative vision and strategy, providing insights and recommendations to enhance creative processes and outputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience within an advertising agency or similar creative environment.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and industry-standard software.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, layout composition, typography, color theory, and design trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Familiarity with web design and UX/UI principles is a plus.
- Ability to handle feedback and criticism with an open mind.
