About this role

Implement, maintain, manage and optimize CRM Platforms and other software solutions for clients
Provide technical proficiency, strategic-thinking and customer engagement to a diverse client base
Work closely with internal consulting team and clients on CRM implementations and ecosystems to drive value and achieve commercial objectives

Knowledge and experience of minimum 1
2 years in managing and maintaining software platforms
Strong problem solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
Project and time-management skills
Good communication and presentation skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and clients
Resourcefulness and ability to solve problems independently
Discretion and commitment to confidentiality
BA degree Technology, Business or a related field
Fluency in English and Arabic
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision
