Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master's level / Bac+4/5) in engineering or business
- Able to grasp a wide range of subjects
- Facilitate working groups impartially
- Understand the issues and perspectives of different stakeholders
- Promote dialogue to achieve consensus
- Agile, organized and rigorous
- Demonstrate diplomacy
- Willing to contribute to national and international discussions
- Strong written and spoken English is essential
