Role Overview
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management
- Manage and maintain financial records and accounting systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, and monitor performance against them
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank statements
- Conduct financial audits and provide support for external audits
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting procedures
- Provide financial advice to management and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Candidate must be able to speak Arabic, English, & French fluently.
- CPA certification preferred
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy
