Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement clarification meetings
Contribute to functional specifications, process flows, and data mapping
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Creativity and flexibility in problem solving
Ability to analyze database structures
Knowledge of basic structures (tables, views, procedures, etc.) and data architectures (OLTP, OLAP, Data Lake)
Practical knowledge of agile methodologies / frameworks (Agile / Scrum)
Good knowledge of modeling tools, e.g. Enterprise Architect, Visual Paradigm, draw.io or similar
Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Mural, Zoom, MS Teams tools
