Requirements
8+ years of product design experience, with deep expertise designing across multiple platforms, especially web applications.
Proven leadership experience managing and developing product designers in a player-coach capacity, ideally in a high-growth environment.
Strong UX foundation and expertise across the core design disciplines: Defining core primitives, information architecture, interaction design, and user interface design, with the ability to evaluate and elevate the quality of each.
Strong design craft and product intuition, able to translate complex user needs into simple, effective solutions.
Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at every level.
Comfort operating with ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
Wired to build with time-to-value for the customer in mind.
Experience designing for B2B SaaS products used across varied user contexts and technical comfort levels.
