A deep understanding of the development cycle as a process and a discipline – the ability to drive first principles and maintain focus on goals during constant change, learning, and new analysis.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including injection molding, PCBA fabrication, cable over-molding, etc.

Excellent teamwork skills with proven ability to work with a cross-functional team and drive for timely project success
Has brought multiple UAS products to market (Nice to have)
Can read schematic diagrams and PCB documentation (Nice to have)

Experience with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) of PCB and electronic components production (Nice to have)
