Drive profitable sales growth across the equipment & technical service business to achieve or exceed sales and operating income targets, as well as take responsibility for the Equipment & Service P&L
Establish and maintain effective relationships with major customers, key decision-makers and other stakeholders, to exchange information and views and to ensure that we are providing the appropriate range and quality of services
Led the equipment marketing executive to develop key marketing strategies to ensure HSD is at the forefront of customers minds when choosing equipment and service
Proactively seek and drive new business opportunities, generate leads, and close sales
Work collaboratively with the rest of the HS business leaders & teams to ensure communication of key strategies, providing detailed information to the rest of the group to support delivery of key initiatives as required
Lead our Challenger strategy and ensure it is integrated throughout the equipment business
Be able to report and present to the executive team, our strategic plan, key measurements and competitor analysis
Develop the short
and long-range plan with your teams to present to the Managing Director and monitor progress against these plans to ensure that the company attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible
Manage key suppliers’ relationships to ensure HSD are working effectively and efficiently to maximise profit/ superior contract terms, while ensuring value for the customer
Play a key role in the success of our dental conventions / seminars
Execute regular sales & operations meetings & updates to the sales and internal teams, that focus on sales excellence, achieving sales growth and new initiatives
Be an ambassador for Henry Schein Dental in the community, by developing and maintaining professional relationships
Identify and develop new revenue streams, while evaluating current streams and their profitability
Drive our NPS each year to improve customer focus and satisfaction
Inspire TSMS to always go that extra mile to deliver the Henry Schein Dental equipment and service vision
Present monthly business reviews to Managing Director, with key TSMs in the business
Requirements
Graduate calibre ideally in Business Studies related subjects, MBA preferred but not essential
Sales and commercial skills
Marketing and GTM experience
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
Strategic planner with the ability to execute in timeframe
Strong written English and well-developed commercial skills
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Strong demonstratable leadership skills
Team player
