Own the full lifecycle recruiting process supporting US Department of Defense/War programs across IT, logistics, training, and professional services.
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop recruiting strategies, fill active program needs, and proactively pipeline candidates for future contract awards.
Lead full lifecycle recruiting for DoD programs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Partner with hiring managers to draft job descriptions and post openings for new and existing programs.
Source candidates using platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn, as well as through proactive pipeline development.
Conduct incumbent capture and transition staffing for newly awarded contracts.
Manage offer process including salary negotiations and candidate closing.
Coordinate onboarding activities including orientation, paperwork, and first-day logistics.
Attend career fairs, networking events, and industry engagements to build talent pipelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS, or similar) preferred
3–5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting supporting DoD or government contracts
Experience recruiting for technical, logistics, and professional services roles
