Assessment and qualification of new hardware components such as PV modules, mounting structures, etc.
Conducting technical risk analyses and integration tests
Planning and overseeing comprehensive functional and quality tests of new hardware
Integration of new hardware into installation and assembly processes
Designing and optimizing the approval/qualification process for new suppliers and products
Continuous improvement of installation standards in the DC domain

Completed technical degree, e.g., in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in quality management or hardware integration
Solid knowledge of risk analysis, supplier qualification, and process development
Familiarity with relevant regulations for DC installations, e.g., common VDE standards, the Eurocode, and roofing trade regulations
Experience working with external test laboratories as well as with validation and certification processes
Ability to prepare complex technical content clearly and present it confidently
Structured, proactive, and team-oriented working style, with strong communication skills and a high level of quality awareness
