Role Overview
- Operational and strategic account management for our business customers in the skilled trades
- Preparing proposals and negotiating with decision-makers among installers
- Supporting customers in analyzing their needs and identifying areas for improvement
- Proactively working with our business customers using a modern CRM and shop system
- Contributing to building the largest energy company of the 21st century alongside our sales team
- 50% cold outreach (cold calling) as an exciting challenge.
Requirements
- Likeable, outgoing, and strong communicator
- Loyal team player
- Persuasion is your passion
- Ideally, experience in sales
- Organized with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Highly self-motivated and proactive
- Enthusiastic about achieving targets and closing deals
- Fluent German (C2+).
