Integral part of the close-knit team of Kairros Consultants
Responsible for assessing needs and providing effective solutions and strategies
Completing high-quality assessments such as worksite, vocational, functional, ergonomic, equipment, home and job analysis
Initial assessments to identify return-to-work barriers
Providing insights and recommendations to the primary Rehabilitation Consultant to progress case outcomes
Liaising with insurers, employers, treating practitioners, and workers where required
Completing accurate case notes and service documentation aligned with SLA and compliance requirements
Requirements
Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic with AHPRA or ESSA registration
Confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues and employees
Willingness to travel (car and license essential)
Proven written and verbal communication skills
Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
Keen sense of punctuality and effective time management skills
