Account Executive

Role Overview

• Proactively engage with new and existing customers through outbound calls
• Educate customers on available home services, guiding them to make informed decisions tailored to their needs
• Build meaningful relationships and establish trust to deliver value-driven solutions
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance metrics
• Accurately document customer interactions and call notes in Salesforce
• Collaborate with teammates and sales leadership to continuously refine strategies and improve outcomes

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident, friendly, and professional phone presence
• Strong listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions and effectively address objections
• Proficient typing and computer navigation abilities across multiple systems and platforms

• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
