About this role

Own, lead and manage all ongoing implementation(s) and POCs from concept through implementation & release
Understand technical aspects of the product and demo to potential customers
Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers
Develop Customer Success assets and methods, and work with the Key Account Managers from Sales to create new or refine existing onboarding materials
Lead mining and client relationship geographically dispersed to deliver technology projects on time
Maintain end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence

10+ years of technology project management experience
Ability to create project plans, communication plans, SOWs, and all standard project documentation
Any software development experience would be a plus
Programming / Scripting experience in Python or Java, one of the languages is preferable
Candidates with onsite implementation experience preferred
Extremely strong communication and presentation skills
PMP or similar certifications are advantageous
