About this role
Role Overview
Set up, manage, and optimise programmatic and social campaigns across DSPs (e.g., DV360, TTD, Magnite, META Ads, OpenX etc).
Own advanced trading tasks such as CM360 implementation, tagging, pixel QA, feed troubleshooting, and attribution-related setups.
Implement and manage trading strategies to achieve financial targets and optimise trading performance.
Implement precision-led audience strategies, targeting models, and optimisation rules.
Monitor pacing, delivery, performance trends, and troubleshoot delivery issues.
Conduct daily optimisation to maximise ROI and ensure KPI alignment (CTR, CPA, ROAS, VTR, reach, etc.).
Act as a senior technical resource, taking on the most complex campaign builds and optimisation challenges.
Analyse trading performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of trading strategies.
Partner with data teams to integrate AI outputs into trading strategies.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Support pre-campaign forecasting and post-campaign analysis.
Provide senior-level interpretation of data to support client discussions when needed.
Collaborate with Account Managers on campaign strategy, pacing plans, and technical recommendations.
Participate in client calls to provide senior trading expertise, particularly for complex or high-stakes conversations.
Participate in client calls to discuss results or provide trading expertise when needed.
Work closely with Product and AI teams to test new tools, features, and models.
Serve as the technical counterpart in client meetings when advanced troubleshooting or expert explanation is required.
Ensure campaign QA, tagging, and implementation processes are followed accurately.
Manage budgets, pacing, and delivery across multiple concurrent campaigns.
Maintain documentation for campaign setups and optimisations.
Identify process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
Share knowledge with the broader team (light-touch), but do not manage or lead team members.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5–7+ years of hands-on Programmatic Media Trading experience, with proven capability handling complex enterprise-level campaigns.
Strong expertise with Google Ads, DV360 META Ads, Tik Tok and Programmatic DSPs – at least one major DSP (TTD, Magnite, OpenX etc).
Solid price & performance optimisation mindset and strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in Excel/Sheet.
Experience managing multi-channel programmatic campaigns (Display, Video, CTV, Native).
Deep technical troubleshooting experience, including: Tagging & CM360 implementation Pixels, attribution, dynamic product feeds Resolving tracking discrepancies and advanced technical issues.
Comfortable taking ownership of highly complex briefs requiring senior expertise.
Familiarity with AI-driven optimisation tools or dynamic audience models (advantage).
Strong communication skills and ability to present performance insights clearly.
Experience in AdTech/MarTech, agency trading desk or brand-side trading roles preferred.
Genuine curiosity about the advancements in AI technologies, with an eagerness to explore new concepts and innovations.
