Outpatient Therapist

Role Overview

• Provide clinical services at our Central Clinic in Medford, Oregon
• Responsible for performing a Provisional Assessment for individuals experiencing crisis
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff
• Liaison with other community providers
• Receive crisis de-escalation training
• Participate in our supervision toward licensure program after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period

Requirements

• Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Current LCSW or LPC is Strongly Preferred
• Unlicensed therapists MUST be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure
• TWO (2) YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting is preferred
